THE ASSISTANT WHO ATTENDED ME , WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTOOD STRAIGHT AWAY WHAT EXACTLY I WAS LOOKING FOR . THIS ASSISTANT GAVE ME VARIOUS CHOICES AT DIFFERENT PRICES OF THE BEDS ON OFFER AND WAS INSISTENT THAT I TRY THESE OUT FOR MYSELF AND SEE WHICH WAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE . WHEN IT CAME TO AGREEING A PRICE , SHE MENTIONED THAT THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR DELIVERING THE MATRESS TO THE BEDROOM , TO WHICH I DID NOT AGREE WITH , SHE THEN DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME IN GOING TO SEE THE MANAGER AND ASKING IF HE WAS AGREEABLE TO MY REQUEST THAT DELIVERING TO THE BEDROOM SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE .THE MANAGER DID AGREE TO THIS AND YOUR COMPANY GOT A SALE . WHAT WAS GOOD WAS THE FACT NO TIME WAS WASTED AND EVERY ONE WAS HAPPY .I WAS IN AND OUT OF YOUR STORE IN LESS THAN 35 MINUTES HAVING SPENT ALMOST £1200. GREAT EXPERIENCE . THANK YOU DREAMS .
