Helpfulness of the assistant at the Colindale store

The staff were very friendly, they asked me if I needed help and when I said I was browsing they were good enough to leave me to view at my own leisure yet be nearby if help was needed. They asked if we wanted tea or coffee and when I said I wanted something cold Wojtek was kind enough to bring me some pineapple juice which was cold and refreshing. Once I had chosen the bed I wanted he answered any questions I had and then when I went to look for mattress he left me to growse and was available when I needed his help. During the payment process he asked again if I wanted anything to drink and he was very patient with my questions. He was able to go through the process of interest free credits and direct debit and explained how it all works. Overall I found him very helpful and not intimidating.

Stefka was quick to approach us and guide us towards the purchase we were interested in. She provided good advice and helped us understand the product and it's dimensions.

Helpful but not pushy

The staff were really friendly and are great at assisting people whether you're looking for a duvet, mattress, pillow or frame.
