Dreams - Colindale

I walked in just wanting to browse but ended up leaving with everything I wanted and more. Very simple and easy process! And great help too.

I was highly satisfied because Rizwan excellent service,he was brilliant kind and understanding,I am sure he is a great asset for dreams in the store.

Given a bottle of water - it was a very hot day. Taken around the possible bed frames on offer courteously. Left to think and ponder. Told seller I would talk to my husband first and then return a call. No problems.

The assistant I received from the moment I walked through the door was excellent. The shop assistant Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got exactly what I was after and am happy with my purchase especially as it was not an easy bed set up to get.

I went to dreams in Colindale and the employee Michael was very helpful he offered me a bottle of water and let me use the sleepmatch to find the perfect mattress for me. Also he showed me other products like the pillows and even let me test out some of the mattresses to see which one I liked the best. Due to his great customer service I will definitely shop there again.

Our Dreams salesperson was very friendly and patient, giving us time to try our various mattresses, and also gave us really helpful advice on what to look for in our mattress. Would definitely recommend!

We were greeted and asked if we needed help. Social distance was excellent whereby, my son was given paper whilst using sleepmatch. Overall the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
