The sales man Simon was a trule professional. He was so helpful and his knowledge on the products was very impressive. He was always smiling and also I didn't feel pressurised by him to buy. Dreams will certainly maintain its success with staff like Simon. He knew what Customer Service is about. I addition we saw a mattress in John Lewis and was in two minds whether to buy from Dreams, however Simon contributed to me changing my mind and buying from Dreams. Also the fact we were offered a beverage was a nice touch.

As soon as I entered the store the customer service was exceptional, we visited several stores that day and no other stores came close to that of the staff in Dreams. All the staff in the store were friendly and approachable; especially Wojciech, Ash and Simon.

Wojciech our sales adviser was really knowledgeable and gave honest opinions and insights on the mattresses available. Being a first time mattress buyer, he took us through the options available and answered all the questions we asked very patiently. He made us feel comfortable trying out mattresses. He explained to us how beds and mattresses are bought with frames without frames etc. He explained various pricing options and helped us to decide on the most value for money product. We came away buying a brilliant bed and mattress combo. He also advised us to go for the bed care package which we have taken for both products. Throughout the whole process he was not pushy and was very patient. We are very happy customers and will be buying every possible furnishing through Dreams preferably with his assistance.
