The salesperson (Yash) was very well informed about the products and was very friendly and easy to approach and talk to. Also the store was very clean and there was a large selection of Beds to look at, which Yash even spent time to help us look at everything.

Staff were extremely friendly especially the lady that assisted us. Her name was stefka and she has vast amounts of knowledge on all the products that we asked her about, which was very impressive. The shop could do with better air conditioning as it was like an oven inside there!!

Initially we were served by Mohamed (Colindale store) he seemed very knowledgeable with the products and was able to understand our needs efficiently. As we wanted a King size bed we needed to go back to our home to check if there would be sufficient space. He was very pleasant and accommodating to this and as he wouldn't have been in the next day he ensured his colleague was fully aware of the order so we could pick up where we left off. The following day we were served by Yash, who was equally as understanding of our needs and was able to continue with our initial order. There were a few minor issues which he tried to resolve without causing any distress. As newly weds we are new to these kinds of purchases and the two of them made this a very pleasurable experience. The products are yet to arrive so I'm yet to judge the quality however we have been very happy with the customer service so far. Regarding the price - I am a little upset that less than 24hrs of making the order that the product prices have been reduced - as you can imagine, being newly weds, we are stretching every penny so seeing this was a little disheartening.
