The collegue was very plesant and did not push us to buy and left us alone to browse on our own which we enjoyed.

The assistant Yash was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Easy to test the different matrasses for firmness which were clearly labelled. Staff were present but were not in anyway "pushy", and offered assistance when we asked for it. They also made sure that they had understood our requirements and order. The delivery was flexible and met our needs. The staff members name was Michael.

Excellent customer service throughout my visit.

Yash was excellent during our visit to the Colindale store. He was so knowledgable and answered our every query. He was incredibly patient and gave us the perfect balance of time to try, talk about and have a think about what product we wanted. There was no hard sell whatsoever. He was so friendly and my partner and him got on great and they even had abit of a laugh! The rest of the Colindale team were great too. They smiled and greeted us. I could see ever customer that came into the shop had great interaction with the Colindale team. We love our bed and mattress too. I have been recommending the store to my brother who has just bought a new house and to my friends too. 10 out of 10!

Michael was very helpful over the phone when I called up the day before visiting the store. On my visit he was extremely helpful, very friendly and seemed very knowledagable about the products. He certainly helped me to make my decision but was in no way pushy or annoying. A real credit to your company

Approached as soon as I was entered. Gave full information in what I wanted. Left the store with a bed. Exactly what I wanted! Great service.
