Stefka was extremely knowledgeable re beds,mattresses and pillows and very patient during the process of purchasing. We were made to feel welcome and offered drinks on entry. Stefka gave me time on my own to try all beds I was interested in and some she thought would be good for my needs. She made me aware of warranties etc.leaving no stone unturned! Well done! Looking forward to many happy hours. Thank you.

The store assistant was helpful and friendly, but not overly salesy. He let us browse at our own pace, offered us tea and was honest. We spend around 2 hours in the store and the time didn't feel like a chore. Very pleased.

Because it was such a clean store everyone was very friendly and it was easy to find the things i needed the prices were OK but it wold be better if u guys will have a sale soon but please do not close your shop

From stepping into the store I was greeted and helped by Nevil, who I understood is a manager from another store. He was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and informative. He then passed me over to Stefka (who I have been helped by in the store previously even though we didn't end up buying) who was again very helpful and informative and kind.
