The salesman was presentable smart and knowledgeable about the product he didn't steer me away from what I wanted in fact helped me realise my budget

I was not harassed or pounced on by the staff and felt that I could browse around first, before asking for assistance by a staff member. I found the help I requested was given without feeling pressurised, which I had felt at a different store earlier that day. My overall experience was good.

Mohamed was extremely helpful. He fully explained various mattresses which was what I wanted to purchase and he couldn't have been more helpful. A very pleasant person to have served anybody.

Sales person had good knowledge of product and was very helpful..Also a good range of products available.

The guy who helped at the store was very good. He even offered cup of tea to us. He also helped us choose the bed of our dream. He is quite experienced. He made us like the shop.

The member of staff was helpful and listened to our specific needs.

MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED AND MEMBER OF STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE.

Very friendly staff who also offered tea/coffee to me and my parents. Although it was very busy they looked after us whenever we needed assistance. great price compared to other brands, and easy way to make payments.
