Mohamed the gentleman who assisted me with my purchase was very professional polite and friendly, and also very knowledgeable about the products. He made me feel very valued as a customer and offered me excellent customer service. He is a credit to your team. I would highly recommend Dreams because of the excellent service and welcome that I received from Mohamed. My current bed was purchased from yourselves about nearly nine years ago, and the quality of the bed is excellent quality. I only thought of coming back to Dreams for my new bed.

I was served by two members of staff: Yash and Michael who were brillient, they knew the product very well and were extremely helpful and patient. I had only gone in to look at beds and ended up with two beds, two mattresses and bedroom furniture. I did not feel pressurised, I will definitely recommend to a friend.
