Shannen served me and was very welcoming as soon as I entered the store. Many of the colleagues approached me while I was looking around to ensure I was ok. Shannen was extremely friendly and approachable, she helped me find a bed and mattress easily with no stress. I would highly recommend dreams to friends and family.

The staff that attended to us was very efficient, caring, patient and professional.

Mohammed and Shannen at the Colindale branch were so welcoming and friendly. They really cared about me as a customer and were not in a rush to get the order done. I was at the store for an hour and even had s cup of tea.
