The lady was very helpful but ordering this bed for my Aunty she need delivery when the carer was available which didn't work for us . You are not flexible so we hadj to get it collected. Then went back today to get mattreee today and told 10 days , no good , so unfortunately we had to go else where .

Had a good range of mattresses we were looking for. The assistant who was serving us was very knowledgeable about the product. Good return period if we were not satisfied with mattress. Good discount on mattress in sale. Completing the paperwork was done very efficiently by your salesman Yash.

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. We were asking the impossible really (almost immediate delivery) but staff did their best to solve our problem. Questions and order all dealt with efficiently and see reached a compromise.
