I WAS CHOOSING A BED FOR MY SON WHO IS ULTRA FUSSY BUT DAFNA FROM DREAMS MADE IT VERY EASY FOR HIM TO COMPARE AND CONTRAST THE OPTIONS AS SHE WAS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND THE STOCK. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK MUCH LESS TIME AND WAS MUCH LESS HASSLE THAN ANTICIPATED.

AS SOON AS WE WALKED INTO THE STORE IN COLINDALE, DAFNA WAS THERE TO ASSIST US AND SHE SPENT TIME EXPLAINING OUR OPTIONS. I WAS THERE WITH MY VERY FUSSY TEENAGE SON AND I EXPECTED TO BE THERE FOR AGES BUT DAFNA MADE IT VERY EASY FOR HIM TO SELECT THE BED AND MATTRESS HE WANTED. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED AND DELIGHTED TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON OUR FIRST VISIT.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They give you assistance when needed but also leave you to make up your mind without any pressure, which you can find with some sale people, I find this highly annoying. Yes you want some help and information on the product you are interested in, but also you need to be left on your own device so you can make up your mind. Your staff got this to perfection, especially Michael from your Colindale shop.

The sales assistance Stefka was very helpful. She offered my grandma a cup of tea and was very accommodating. She helped us from start to finish and helped us to find a great bed. Stefka, from the Colindale store, is the reason why I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams.
