Within 5 minutes of entering the store, I found the bed I liked and asked an assistant details about this particular bed. She was very cheerful and polite.

The sales Assistant Shanned Wilkinson was very friendly and helpful. She showed me all the various headboards, beds and mattresses. This enabled me to make my decision.

Mohamed was very friendly, polite and professional in his approach. He went through all details carefully and listened patiently to our questions. Mohamed didn't rush us and allowed us time to translate to our grandma who doesn't speak English. Mohamed displays great customer service and is an asset to he organisation. Plus he makes a great cup of tea!!

The shop was well laid out and we found what we wanted quite easily. The assistant we spoke to was helpful and friendly.

We found the shop staffs were very welcoming and professional. The lady named Stefka who personally attended us during the process sounded very knowledgeable and friendly, explained to us various options, advantages and minus points, and also provided us with space to think. She managed to convince us to buy a product different that what we had in mind, this shows she understood our requirements, overall good experience

The sales assistant Michael was not pushy - he was polite, helpful and knowledgable. I liked that he was not pushy with the sale - he's a natural salesman.
