The shop assistant was friendly, without being pushy, knowledgeable and listened to our requirements and ultimately guided us to the perfect choice. The entire experience was extremely pleasant, easy and stress free. The store was clean and well organised, making it easy to go around and find the relevant items.

We were very impressed with the advice and knowledge of Mohamed. We were not rushed into making our decision on what mattress we wanted to buy. Mohamed was friendly and very patient. He made our purchased a mattress less confusing and adked us all the tight questions, he made it easy for us. We will definitely recommend this store to our family and friends. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely staff which was very welcoming. A prompt service was offered by the gentleman who gave us an excellent overview of beds including the differences between various products. We went for the Flaxby Divan handmade bed set which was value for money. It is the staff's etiquette and product quality which definitely made worthwhile purchase. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and families.

Me and my wife both really appreciated all the detail Shannen was able to provide on the features of various mattresses and her patience and understanding as we tried out all the products she introduced us to. On top of that, Shannen was excellent at identifying a product that suited our limited budget and making our shopping experience really much more enjoyable than we were initially expecting! She was just supportive and helpful all the way through! The other guys who helped out throughout our shop were also great and the whole store seemed to have a laid back and friendly atmosphere.

On entering the store the staff acknowledge are presence but gave us time to browse before approaching us. The sales assistant Michael was extremely helpful with answering questions when we asked and with giving us the different options on beds and mattresses as well the headboard design. Overall Michael's pleasant demeanor, knowledge and attention to detail made the purchase experience very easy.

tHE COMPUTER DID NOT LET THE FIANCE GO THROUGH THE ASSITANT HAD TO RING BARCLAYS FOR THE FIANCE TO GO THROUGH AND THE PHONE CALL TO BARCLAYS WAS LONG AND TOOK AGES TO GO THROUGH THE FIANCE BUT STEFKA WAS BRILLAINT ON THE PHONE THE SALES ASSISTANT FROM THE SHOP OF DREAMS WAS VERY PATIENT AND DONE A FANTASTIC JOB WITH THE WOMAN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PHONE CALL.
