YASH WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL KIND AND COURTEOUS. AS SOON AS WE ENTERED THE STORE WE WERE GREETED BY HIM AND HE PROCEEDED TO GIVE US INFORMATION ABOUT THE RANGE OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE. HIS PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS AMAZING. THROUGH HIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE HE WAS ABLE TO CONVINCE ME TO PURCHASE MY BEDS AND MATTRESS FROM DREAMS AS OPPOSE TO BENSONS. IT IS BECAUSE OF YASH'S CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I DECIDED TOO PURCHASE FROM DREAMS. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUERIES EVEN THOUGH I ASKED SO MANY QUESTIONS! I FEEL YASH IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY AND SHOULD BE HIGHLY COMMENDED AND AWARDED FOR THE LEVEL OF CARE HE GIVES TO HIS CUSTOMERS. Grear Service and friendly and fun Staff

The Dreams Colleague ( Mohamed)was extremely helpful, and went through various products throughly but swiftly, no pressure into buying a product, made us feel comfortable, we went to a store next door who had a similar product, but the only reason we bought it from dreams was because of the staff.

We had excellent service from Yash- who really went out of his way to help us and adhere to our needs in finding the right bed type for my mum. He has even recommended the right cupboard for us and we are very likely going to place an order in store with confidence, only because he was so helpful.

Excellent service from staff and very good choice of products made for an overall pleasant bed shopping experience. We were also offered hot drinks on arrival and were not rushed into making any decisions. We were explained everything there was to know about our items and where not rushed or made to feel uncomfortable at all. Very pleasant shopping experience.
