Mohammed was extremely helpful, explaining the choice of mattresses available and the different funtionalities of each. He was professional, smart and polite, guiding me in my choice and allowing me to test the mattresses without feeling at all rushed, forced or product pushing.

I pop into one of Dream store in Colindale, The Hyde Retail Park. As soon as I walk in I was greeted by Michael one of the manages at this store (I later found out his name) I asked him whether they deliver and pick up the old mattress as this is what was concerning me. As soon as he said yes, I said great, not sure what I'm looking for but will come back to him when I'm ready. I felt no pressure and relaxed and left to look around, as soon as I made eye contact with Michael, he intruduced me to Wojliech one of the sale assistance. He was extremely helpful and professional and I felt very satisfied with the order I place. I will definitely recommend going there if anyone requires a bed or mattress.

The transaction was quick and efficient and the staff member knew exactly what product I was referring to and got to ordering it quickly
