The Deams member of staff who we dealt with, Mohamed was very helpful, professional and friendly.

Mohamed (VAL CODE: 020) (branch in Colindale retail park) was a lovely gentlemen who took time and dedication in making sure I got the best out of purchasing for my new bed. His knowledge was very helpful and people skills were great. The manager was also very helpful and professional who explained all our concerns/inquires brilliantly. The two delivery men who came to deliver and assemble the bed were amazingly quick! they were very polite and charming! all the guys I met who works for this company are definitely a great asset for you! very pleased with the service I received. (:

Wojciech the sales assistant was very knowledgable and took the time to listen to our needs and limitations. He didn’t waste out time trying to sell us what we didn’t need, he showed us beds and mattresses that met our criteria.

Having spent the last 2 weeks shopping and meeting some arrogant and skilless sales people we came into dreams in colindale and was greeted at the door by a young man who i presumed to be another typical salesman. I couldnt be more wrong if i tried. Yash was helpful, knowledable, listened to our queries and put up with our indecisivness and managed to deal with other customers at the same time! No pressure selling just explaining what different types of matresses there are what beds and acessories we would need. Our budget is very tight and we came in for a mattress topper or matress at the most. We finally bought an electric bed with a new matress, a duvet and cover and fitted sheets. After a discount of £263 (for which we are extremely grateful) we spent £2,135. My wife and I are by no means a sucker for a sales pitch but the advice Yash gave us was spot on. Even after we were declined for credit he tried again and managed to get it for us. He truely went above and beyond and we wish him all the best. I waited for the delivery and installation of the bed before i wrote this review and our whole experience with dreams has been brilliant. Very happy customers. Thanks again Yash
