Michael was really professional. He had a good knowledge of the product and he was given us time to try out the products and we did not feel pressured by him. Yash was also very friendly and helpful. Overall really good customer experience.

Excellent service. Had viewed the web site so had an idea of price range and type. Was originally looking at a Hypnos , but was recommended Hartley D which felt very comfortable and the price was right. Wanted to keep the divan base of my current bed as this is ok . Mohamed was very helpful, not pushy didn't make me spend more than I wanted to and generally made me feel very comfortable. Well done Dreams , great service.

The young man understood the type of bed I was looking for and was shown a variety of beds which were appropriate. He was patient, understanding and well informed and professional.

It was a great joy , and very unusual, to find an assistant able to take me to the right product and explain all aspects of the many items available. Nothing was too much trouble for him. An additional bonus was learning that if the mattress proved uncomfortable it could be exchanged. For someone with mobility issues this was good news .

The Sales Attendant was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable and answered all our queries satisfactorily.

He met the requirements i had for the products i needed. I was really impressed with the store. After this purchase i returned back later for a depeat purchase for another bed. I made sure i was served by Wojcicech, in fact i called to make sure he is free for when i go back. He needs recognition and more than a pat on the back. The young man that served us called Micheal was unbelievably great, he was very attentive and helped me pick out the perfect bed for my young daughter. He offered me a seat and kept my very active daughter entertained which is no mean feat. He answered all my questions and even better I only had to wait 4 days for my bed to come.
