The sales assistant was very polite and precise and very helpfull in helping us to decide.

Michael (from the branch in Colindale) who helped me with the bed and mattress was very knowledgable and gave me all the options and information available in order for me and my wife to decide what is right for us. Michael followed up with me with a phone call as i needed to go home and measure the exact space in my room, because of the service I received from Michael i went back to him and purchased from dreams I have already recommended Michael to a few friends of mine. If I don't win the £500 high street shopping vouchers please can I win a decent pillow? :)

When i bought a bed for my son we were happy with the bed , and the service provided so we decided to go back and buy another bed for us , we ordered a Kingsize bed for us but the price was a lot more then we had anticipated and then we were told that delivery would not be till 2 nd March. Also I felt that having spent over £2000 with your company we could got maximum discount, as I was will to do two different customer reviews, that is what customers look for these days honest reviews from customers who have just bought.

Michael was very helpful

I needed a new mattress. The Dreams Store was quiet, well-lit, clean, and the beds and mattresses were laid out well and were easily accessible. Assistance was available, but not intrusive - and I was offered a cup of tea! The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the colour-coding system of classifying of the mattresses, which was most helpful. I already knew the kind of mattress I wanted and this helped me save time. He encouraged me to spend some time thinking about the mattresses I'd tried and then return and try them again. This was helpful in guiding me to my final choice. I thought that the prices charged gave value for money when compared against other retailers (this is during the Jan sales), and the quality was satisfactory. The purchase procedure was slightly confusing at one point: insurance had been added to my order without my realising it, but I had the assistant go back over the order and we sorted it out ok. I had to wait two and a half weeks for a delivery slot, a fairly long time, but perhaps due to higher demand from the Jan Sales. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

The colleague who assisted us was knowledgeable and provided the relevant information asked for.

From the moment we arrived in the store to leaving we were served by Mohamed who was extremely pleasant and helpful, he made the decision very easy but we did have our research done prior going to store, however he was very accommodating.

The manager name Yash was absolute brillent and even went on to explain if I'm not happy with the mattress it can be exchanged and was polite and considerate, well done.
