Dreams - Colindale

I had a very positive experience at Dreams. I found all the staff there friendly and helpful. The customer assistant, Mo, was extremely helpful and patiently helped me to choose a suitable mattress. He gave me advice and suggestions without making me feel at all rushed or pressurised. He helped me through making the order with attention to every detail. The delivery was very smooth, with friendly helpful staff who gave notice when they were close by. I am delighted with the mattress and the whole experience at Dreams from start to finish and would highly recommend it!

Wojciech, the sales assistant, listened to what we wanted, before leading us to try out a selection of mattresses. He explained that unfortunately, the bed we chose was "high end" and not in the sale, although the previous ones he suggested we try out, were in the sale. He was very polite, patient and knowledgeable, a credit to your company.

Couldn't find the exact size and quality similarities product elsewhere. Only problem there wasn't much variety on display at dreams.

Although I haven't received your goods yet that I have ordered but I am well familiar with your service. My parents have ordered many beds before from you. My only issue is, it takes a long time to receive the goods. Dreams need to deliver a lot faster like few days to one week. Otherwise totally satisfied.

The sales assistant helped me find exactly what I was looking for quite quickly and informed me on all the offers available so I could make the best choice for me. He explained everything really well and made the shopping experience very pleasant.

Ive been to dreams couple of times before and the staff are always very good and friendly. But today Yashwant was extra courteous and very polite to us and seems very knowledgeable. We will definitely come again to see him for my daughters furniture as shes moving soon (February) to Chigwell. She wants the whole bed and mattress and headboard and a couple of side tables. Hope to see Yashwant then.

Service was great offered me refreshments tea and coffee on arrival gave me the option to lay on all beds and supplied me with a nice pillow and not the standard ones so I could get the full experience and see if mattress would meet my needs I think the staff member was name Michael was very helpful and friendly from start until finish

The service was spot on ...no hard sell just showed me exactly what i wanted. Advice given was valuable. Fantastic service even offered me a coffee.
