Polite friendly staff member. I was looking for a small double and as the item was discontinued the staff member was attentive to establishing whether any other item would suit my needs and took the time to check on other stores etc.

The sales assistant was very helpful and allowed us time to decide what was the right mattress for us.

Having been to several other stores in search of the perfect bed for me.dreams was my last hope.The young assistant Wojciech was extremely helpful and patient and his product knowledge was very good.l would recommend dreams to anyone wishing to purchase a new bed the whole experiance was a pleasure,you really have a brilliant team ,as team means together everyone achieves more they really have got it.thahkyou dreams for making my day.

My sales assistant was Michael at Collindale store and he helped me understand the different type of matresses as well as break down the cost. He helped me get the best valued deal with the mattress and the bed as a whole.

Like last 2 times when I purchased from Dreams I’m very happy with staff assistance and friendly approach. Products I choose are very good in quality and comfortable.

I found the staff very approachable and friendly. They had great product knowledge and when understanding my budget gave me the bed that was for me and allowed the time to go back and forth trying to make my decision on the best mattress for me. I did not feel pressured or as if I was wasting any ones time. It was a great service overall.

We were assisted by Mohamed who was a very polite, helpful and an extremely honest salesman. He was very knowledgeable of the beds and was extremely helpful when preparing our overall quote and completing our purchase. We could tell he was not trying to be forceful and sell us things we didn't need. His calm and honest approach made our experience shopping at Dreams very pleasant and smooth and we believe he got the best deal for us, therefore we would recommend this Dreams to any other family and friends going forward.
