Michael spent a lot of time with me, firstly explaining the deals available, then allowed me time on my own, as I jumped from bed to bed. I felt I was under no pressure, and yet didn't have to wait around for him when I had yet another question. I am not an easy customer and since I've been looking for a mattress for a while I was quite full on with having every bit of information and Michael was patient and lovely about it. I've been to about 20 different mattress stores including other dreams stores, Michael's help was a big part of why I purchased a mattress from Dreams in the end.

The salesman knew exactly what we were after. He gave us time to decide and space. He made us coffee and added some benefits to the order due to the cost of it. Throughout the service he was smiling and laughing at my jokes.... It says a much about someone.

I purchased my first bed in Dreams in Colindale and was helped by Michael the sales assistant. Michael was very helpful and understanding that I was on a budget. Michael offered tea/coffee/water and discussed the different types of mattresses available as well as the bases, headboards and their pricing structure. At the same time Michael gave myself and my mum enough time to have a look by ourselves and was not overpowering or "salesy" in any way. It made my first experience at dreams great! I would recommend Dreams and Michael as he had a lot of knowledge on the products and services that Dreams provided
