My neighbour and myself were very impressed by the helpful, considerate, smiling and understanding assistants Ian and Wojciecly. My neighbour wanted a replacement mattress and wanted to go home and think about it but after your assistants offered us coffee we sat drinking it and discussed things and she ended up placing an order for a new divan and mattress while she was there and I decided to order myself a new mattress. Thanks for the coffee.

Michael the sales assistant answered our questions, was not pushy, made sure we had refreshments while browsing, helped find the exact bed frame we needed eventhough they were not in the sale. Made sure we had insurance for 8 years and that your guys would build the beds as my daughter has dialysis 3 days a week at GOSH and sorted a day suitable for us. Thank you Michael for a happy buying experience 😁

Micheal the sales assistant listened to my specifications on what mattress I was looking for he talked through the different types and explained what he thought would best for my requirements Michael then stood back and allowed me to test the mattresses and was on stand by to answer any questions I had. Michael helped me make the right choice he also explained the other services you offer and terms of delivery I am grateful for michaels advice

Ian was great from the moment we walked in. He was friendly and patient, and gave great advice on which bed and mattress was right for me. He talked us through the delivery process and what we had to do for the old bed to be picked up. We bought our beds from Dreams 20 years ago and were happy with the quality of service and products then, and it's nice to see that the quality of service and products is still being maintained. Overall, I'm really happy with the level of service and advice that I received on my visit to Dreams. I will definitely be coming back again!

The colleague Rizwan was quick and prompt and was able to answer all our questions and able to help us find the bed and mattress within our budget. We felt no pressure and were able to try different products and Rizwan was very patient and knowledgable. The experience was very easy and able to move around the store with ease. We left feeling very happy and can feel very happy to recommed to friends and family as we feel that everyone should experience the high level of service that we received.
