Initially tried to place order via website but not possible because website kept disappearing. Tried on phone but not possible because bed being bought as a gift for delivery to my niece but credit card mine. Finally went to the store in Colindale where I had previously made a purchase and was served by Michael who had looked after me so well. Once again he was a delight to do business with. Very high praise for his cheerful and kind nature. Would not hesitate to visit the store again.

This was our second visit in July 2018. We met the same sales person Ian whom we had talked on our first visi. He remembered us and the product we had discussed. He spend time with us to discuss our specific needs and helped with products we wanted.

we were greeted by an assistant, he was patient and knowledgeable about the products. He asked us a few questions to better understand our needs.

We needed a single mattress, with a budget of around £200 and the man knew just the product. He could have given us a cheap traditional spring but he told us he would never do that as it’s horrible and doesn’t last. That’s why we were so sattisified. He was honest and very helpful.

The server we had had a wealth of knowledge and pointed us towards the perfect section for the type of mattress we were after. Each element that made up the mattress was also perfectly explained

The store was very clean, very spacious lots of room between displays. Found the suitable bed as soon as I walked in the store.
