Ian was knowledgeable, professional and responsive to my needs and queries. very impressed with him & would return/recommend proividing i am finall satisfied with my ordere.

We were assisted by Ian who was polite, friendly and very helpful. He listened to our requirements and recommended different beds for us to try. He was not at all pushy but gave us time to decide which mattress we wanted.

I got a real bargain and the staff member who assisted me, Michael, was really nice and went out of his way to be helpful. This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time and beats John Lewis hands down!

Really happy with everything

The moment I walked in to the store I was greeted with a smile. Asked me how I could be assisted. The moment I said what I was looking for. I was taken to the place the products were stored was offered the choice of prices. Gave me to try the feel of the different mattress. Gave me plenty of time to look & decide. I was offered free delivery too. The whole experience was really satisfying. I will no dought recommend Dream's to all my friends & relatives. Please keep up the good work.

Excellent service and advice given

Wojciech was very knowledgable of the Dreams product range and was able to provide us an excellent level of customer service. He showed the various layouts upon which I chose 2 ottoman frames and mattresses that can be flipped and rotated to use all areas, also very attentive to the needs of delivery and installation and recycling services that I needed, so although there were earlier dates he remembered that I needed the process to take place while I had time away from work. Mo was very hospitable during our visit offering my mum tea and coffee during while I was looking at options. Overall what I thought was going to be quite a stressful process was made very relaxed and easy. Many thanks to both Wojciech and Mo at your Colindale Branch.

The assistant Mohammed was friendly knowledgeable and put me at my ease,he showed me what I wanted to see and was apologetic about the lack of discount he was able to offer on the item I wish to purchase (firms like dreams should not advertise big discounts in store if it is only to be on a tiny proportion of its range) Anyhow I hope the mattress I have purchased will live up to its claimed standard Kind regards, Peter Barnett
