The consultant was extremely attentive, and knowledgeable. Riz offered advise on the products, and assisted both my teenage sons to find the suitable product each individually for them.

When we arrived at the store, we were allowed to look around without being immediately approached or given any pressure to choose anything but, at the same time, the sales assistant was close by to answer our questions and help us through our experience. He was patient, polite, and very well informed. He talked us through the different ways we could purchase the items we needed and the time scale for delivery. He was very helpful and understanding. Very good place to go shopping. Very satisfied.

Both Michael and Yash were EXTREMELY helpful, educating in the products, and had a sufficient understanding of our needs. They also acted promptly and were very polite and genuine!

All the staff were amazing and especially Wojciech so informative but never pushy we also told our friend and she will buy two beds by bank holiday Monday.
