Good customer service

Allnstore assistants were professional and knowledgable. The syore mabager at the time - Michael was very helpful and the sales assistant Woijiechec was very good. Both very patient and understanding. They are assets to the company. They are the reason why i went back there.

The sales team were very patient and helpful

On our first visit,your sales person-Wojciech was very helpful and talked us through the range of mattress we were interested in. On our second visit we were helped by Mohamed with further questions we had and Michael who processed our order was extremely helpful with explaining warranties etc. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and would definitely visit this store again.

Knowledgeable and friendly and efficient

Rizwan and Ian were very friendly and helpful. Rizwan suggested good mattresses to try out and and he was very eager to provide a good customer experience. We were ready to make a purchase that day but unfortunately we did not have ID to be able to complete the finance paperwork so we had to come back the next week. On this occasion Ian helped us as Rizwan was not working that day. Ian also provided great customer service, very friendly and engaging.

Colleague Mohamed was the best! Purchased mine in Colindale one and he was super helpful and helped me find my dream bed I was looking for! Would give him a 10+

Wojciech originally served us a month ago when we came in for a quote and gave us all the time and space we needed to choose the perfect bed combination. we went back in this morning to place the order and he was lovely to deal with again! what a lovely service :)

I was greeted by Michael when I arrived at the store. I found him very pleasant and helpful and he processed my order in a friendly and professional manner.
