The knowledge and expertise of the staff were second-to-none. Various options were shown to me to compare until I was satisfied with my choice. The delivery and collection procedures were explained to my satisfaction. My whole experience was very pleasing. I felt very comfortable whilst trying to make my choice and did not feel pressurized at all. Once I had made my choice, the sales procedure was quick and simple. I was very happy.

Trying to choose the right bed/mattress combination can be quite mind blowing when entering the store as there are so many to choose from. However after browsing and trying out the mattresses, advice from the store assistants was extremely helpful food for thought to take away and ultimately make the decision on the bed and mattress I finally purchased.

Previously I had tried looking at mattresses in a large department store without having any help from the assistants, but could not find anything appropriate. I have recently visited a chiropractor because my back and hip hurt so much. The next day I tried another bed shop, but the shop assistants were talking amongst themselves and I could not get anyone’s attention. As soon as I stepped in your store Ian cameto me to help and I explained what I wanted and then bought the second bed I tried; he was very helpful with a touch of humour. The mattress is perfect and my back is better too.

The colleague that served us was very competent. He knew all about the different products and he took time to explain everything to us.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and the customer assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us pick a great bed and mattress.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. They understood that we had not yet moved to our new home and were very accommodating regarding delivery times and dates. They recognised me and greeted me when I returned to the store the next day to look at other furniture. There was a very nice atmosphere in store.

My partner and I visited the store on several occasions to ensure that we could be sure that the bed we finally chose was right for us, on all occassions all staff were polite and friendly and allowed us plenty of time to test beds and pillows. I have to say we visited serval other bed and furniture stores and I have to say that Michael in your Colindale branch was so helpful patient and really went out of his way to recommend a bed that would suit us that and we felt his recomendation worked for us.

We were attended by Michael at the Colindale store. He had an amazing knowledge of the products in store and led us to the right products to our needs. We decided to purchae 2 beds and 2 mattresses and Michael helped us during the ordering process and detailed us all the requirements. He made us feel highly satisfied with his services. We place an order on 26th December and eventually on the 27th after further deliberation we upgrade our initial order and again, Michael remembered us from the day before and helped us upgrade our order. Highly satisfied with the Dreams service and depending of the quality of the products, fater our 10 weeks lead time, we will come back into store for the purchase of pillows and linen.
