Michael who served us was excellent, friendly and very helpful.

Found exactly what i was looking for

Since stepping in the store we was looked after WOJ the sale assistant that helped us was extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite. His customer service skills was outstanding. We where able to try the beds and ask as many questions as we where. We was even offered a drink 👌

Dreams being best in the business it was obvious to purchase something good at once. It is not something you change very often. Our visit to the store was very welcoming and the display was pretty good. The matters we like was not meeting my budget but there was no problem for us to find a alternative. Which met our budget. Mohamed was really very helpful gentleman at Colindale, Edgeware road store. Mohamed is good at what he does best, he knows the approach, reads customer mind and work for complet customers satisfaction. Thank you Mohamed you are a top men.

I was acknowledged when I entered the store but was then left alone until I approached Mohammed. This was perfect for me as I don't like someone breathing down my neck and being overly eager (its one of the reasons why I've not bought mattress for so long as other stores do tend to be like that!). I liked the way all your beds were set out in a structured way (mattress types and softness). Mohammed then printed off the details of the 2 beds I had shortlisted and was very helpful when I asked him questions about both. Yash was then really helpful when I went in the next day to place my order. Even though I had forgotten to measure my current bed, he put all the details in the system so all I had to do was call up when I got home and he could submit the order. I did this and everything was order and my delivery date was still valid. It has been a real pleasure dealing with the Collindale branch. I went next door to Bensons but found their selection / layout very confusing and didn't find a bed I liked half as much as the Dreams ones.

Woj at the colindale store was incredibly friendly and helpful - he could not do more for us! Hope he gets a reward from this survey as he really was great.

Staff were nice and products were better than competitors.

We went to many stores to get a single sofa bed but dreams was the only place that had one. Wojciech was a member of staff who was very attentive and helpful.

The gentleman that helped me (Michael I think-cannot be certain) was helpful and knowledgeable when it came to beds-in the end I bought a hypnos bed.

Michael and Wojciech were very polite and professional in their product knowledge, approach and presentation. They were exceptionally helpful respecyful and patient in providing relevant information. The store was clean and tidy with the items neatly displayed.
