The service i received from the salesman, Woj was exceptional. He demonstrated the bed entirely and answered all my questions confidently and met all me requirements

The staff was very friendly and helpful. He approached me with a professional attitude and costumer service. The shop's high tech mattress customisation/survey device helped a lot in finding the right kind of mattress. Your colleague's wide knowledge about the products, topped with politeness left me with a 'Highly Satisfied' experience with Dreams.

Woiciek - sales assistant was great. He was professional and very patient. On many visits he has always demonstrated deep understanding of the products and patience. He is an asset to the company.

I spoke with work on the phone..Colindale branch..I decided to visit the branch ..He remembered our conversation in the morning xxxxx...He even remembered half of my post code ...I was impressed...he tried to find goods I could have delivered immediately but had no stock...very pleasant...and patient..will recommend him him....

The sleep specialists was full of knowledge and was very courteous. We did not know what we wanted when we walked through the door but we left with a mattress order within an hour due to the customer service.

The customer service was very good but the choice of hard mattresses was very limited .. there was only one hard mattress available

From the time we entered the store to the completion of our order the gentleman was highly efficient and very knowledgeable I would highly recommend the Colindale store in fact my husband ordered a mattress on line. Because it Came highly recommended and they sent the wrong size and his size is out of stock so it is being Sent back and we are going back to dreams for a new one
