Everything was great from the very begging. We came to the store and were greeted by Wojciech. He helped us to choose the perfect mattress for me and my girlfriend, in good price as well. Very professional. I would highly recommend Wojciech when you need to find something in the store.

Manager, Yash, was extremely patient and friendly. Gave me the best options for what I needed immediately. We actually made the decision to buy one or the other in store, which we confirmed and bought over the phone a few days later.

As a returning customer Michael provides great service everytime. I told him our situation and he knew what we needed. He offered us tea and coffee and also mentioned to us pillows and bedding which was great.

Very friendly, listened to what we need and delivered an exceptional service. Time management was excellent as he assisted for the visit to be as smooth as possible. Good sense of humour and definitely would go back if I need anything

Great service, quick and easy

We were greeted by a very nice gentleman called Michael. He went through everything with us. All the different types of mattresses which were suitable for us. Michael was a very polite and patient guy having to recap the benefits of each one especially with our teenage boys as they kept changing their minds. Every question we had he was able to answer it. It was very nice to go to a store and feel welcome and relaxed from the minute we went in.

Wojciech was outstanding at the Colindale Store. He made the whole process easy and stress free. Assessed my sleeping positions and made me a nice cup of tea. Gave product info. in a clear concise manner helping me to make a quick decision.

I went to the store with my partner and we only had an afternoon to complete the purchase. We were well advised but given plenty of time and space to browse. The advice given was respectful around our requirements and budgets. The only problem I encountered was in waiting for the credit check to complete. Mohammed made an amazing cup of tea and made us both feel at ease while we waited and reassured us that the wait would be manageable.
