I would like to say thanks to Riz as his customer service was excellent and as he was very helpful in helping me find exactly what mattress I needed.

Micheal & woychek were amazing pips!! who helped me out through out the process of my purchase. I loved there recommendations they did based on there experience in the industry it's been really helpful. I am gonna recommend dreams collindale to my friend & family as not only the employees are really friendly they have a wide range of products on display to choose from.

Staff were very friendly. Knew the products well and what suited my needs for a problematic spine injury. We had a good laugh with Michael while testing the range of mattresses.

Your sales rep Riz provided an excellent professional service, with full attention to detail and concentration. It really was a personalised service and in this day and age that's quite rare. I took ages making up my mind and he was so patient throughout. He also appears to have great communication skills. He gave me a free pillow as well! How nice was that! He didn't have to so that. Anyway thanks to his approach he got the sale and I'm usually fussy and would look at otber shops before deciding on my purchase. But with Riz it was a one-stop-shop. I hope he will be given this feedback and he really does deserves it!

Excellent retailer , i pitty anyone who goes online to search for the best deals . A mattress is something very personal that you will spend half of your life on. This retailer inparticular is very large everything on site excellent assistance of staff . In this retail park in Colindale the other stores were more interested in closing the shop when it comes to 6 pm but these gentlemen were so happy to serve us. Loved the experience and will be recommending everyone here
