Dreams - Colindale

The Dreams Colleague who assisted us was Woj, he was extremely polite and made us feel at ease. His customer services skills were fantastic and we ended up spending £260 more than we had budgeted because he wasn’t hard selling and he made it such a pleasant shopping experience. We had been into the Bensons for Beds store next door for a browse and found their colleague rude towards our little boy who has Autism. After that we felt disheartened but our visit to Dreams and Woj’s friendly attitude and understanding nature towards our son meant that we didn’t come home empty handed.

We were served by Michael, who was nothing but professional and friendly. Was not pushy and understood our needs. Nothing was too much and we ended up with the mattress, base and two brand new pillows. We have been to 3 different bed shops and walked away because the sales people have been rude or too pushy. Michael was a pleasure to deal with his customer service was fantastic and real credit to the store. We look forward to coming back!

I’ve purchased three beds now and I was impressed by all of the Colindale team . I had a choice of stores but their welcoming manor and willingness to help is truly impressive!! Our last purchase was a bed for my mother and she’s looking forward to her new bed

During our visit to our local store, we had a fair idea of what we wanted. Since very fine gentle, friendly as ever approached us. Mohamed spent quite some time with us to understand our needs. His attention to our requirements and product knowledge helped us make an informed decision about our purchase.
