Very friendly staff accross the store. Our assistant Rizwan was very helpful and understanding. I attended 3 beds and mattresses earlier this year and happily returned to buy another mattress. The store was clean and well spaced out. A lot of variety. Warm and friendly staff who remembered me from my visit earlier in the year

Rizwan was absolutely faultless in his assistance with my purchase. He helped me find the perfect bed frame after a few short questions on what I was looking for (wooden, no storage, budget etc) and gave me some time to test the product instore. Once established that I had found the right product, he led me through the process of ordering & paying a deposit with ease and confidence. He was friendly and professional throughout.
