Dreams - Colindale

We were assisted by Michael how was fantastic. My son and I were looking for a bed for him and had visited a number of other stores. In all the stores my son was ignored and the assistants only spoke to me. In Dreams this was a different story and from the beginning he was treated like an adult. We were given time to explore the options and without any pressure. Michael was always around and my son used the sleep diagnostic machine where everything was explained in detail. It made my son feel special and we went ahead and purchased everything on that single visit. Michael made the whole experience a pleasure

On the first visit Michael provided as much information about the various options based on our requirements. He was very detailed but at no time was he pushy. Loved his style no hard sale, as a customer I felt I had the freedom to act without any pressure. We agreed to measure up and return the next day being a Sunday. However we got to the store just about half an hour before closing this time but only we’re we welcomed by Micheal but also by the other sales consultants Sathi and Rizwan. This is very rare to see, usually once a sales consultant is engaged with a customer others colleagues refrain from any customer engagement. My husband and I were so impressed that we made a note if their names that why I am taking time to fill this. Fantastic service!

We were greeted straight away, asked if we wanted help and to use the sleep machine. All the information used was tailored to us. We were offered water and shown products within our price range. Very quick and easy ordering process. On a while a very positive experience.

The assistant Riz,at the store was informative friendly and very helpful he made my experience very happy and at ease. 10/10 Riz…👍🏼

Very friendly staff and a huge sale discount on the mattress I wanted

We were greeted by Rizwan, he was polite and friendly. We were unsure about what we wanted so used the SleepMatch machine and talked through off the the options available. We were offered a pillow and protector as we tried each bed and even offered a drink. On return we had decided which bed we wanted and our order was processed and delivery times were clearly explained. Great service on both of our visits.
