Dreams - Colindale

We worked with Michael at the Colindale store. I cannot fault him. His manners and customer service are impeccable. I even said to my wife when we left that I'd like to send him a Christmas card, or even invite the guy for dinner! His mother should be proud!

Michael and his manager Sathi from the Colindale Retail Park branch of Dreams were wonderful, they were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival, they were also very knowledgeable about the beds on offer and worked to helped to fine us the best bed. They advised us to try sleep match to identify which mattress is suitable for us which was a great help in deciding which mattress to finally go for. They both offered us a drink once we sat down to finalise our purchase and included a set of pillows as part of the purchase, the cost of the bed frame, mattress and pillows was very cost friendly and myself and my husband are very happy with our purchase which was delivered and set up for us this morning. Overall our experience was wonderful, from the customer service all the way through to the bed being delivered and set up for us.

Woj was my attendant. He made my life soo easy because I had made a long list of most bed shops to visit. He is caring, compassionate, committed and competent! I cherish the time he spent to explain the products bit by bit- I was amazed. I purchased my bed and frame right away. I’m yet to meet his competitor...

Very quick no nonsense service without feeling rushed or undervalued

It took us 2 visits to place an order with Rizwan in the Colindale store. He was extremely helpful and remembered us and our needs from each visit. He helped us make our decision and found the most economical product that met our needs.

Fantastic service received from the friendly staff at the colindale branch. Mohamed from start to finish guided me through finding the best matched bed for myself and my parents also. Mohamed was warm, friendly and greeted us as soon as we entered the store. He then assisted us in sleematch process to help find the best mattress to support and meet my needs also. He then assisted in finding the best mattress, bed frames and pillows for us also and to find what we were looking for. As part of the fantastic service provided the extra added touch was that we were made to feel very welcome with being offered tea and coffee aswell as other refreshments. Mohamed then guided me through the process of purchasing and giving me all the options of payment finance. Nothing seemed to be of a bother and nothing was too much to ask for the staffs assistance.
