The all process was very easy and quick. Sathy, the store manager was very kind, helpful and knowledgeble. He welcomed us in and let us test the sleepmatch, which was very helpful to narrow down the choice s we didnt have to try many but few and targeted to our requirements. very good customer service, experience and I look forward to receiving it soon. thank you

From the moment we entered the store we received fantastic customer service from Wojciech in your Colindale store. We were offered a drink and greeted very nicely. Wojciech’s knowledge was outstanding and we really felt like a valued customer. He offered us pillows to try out the beds with and we also used the sleep machine to figure out which mattress would be best for us. He was extremely patient , understanding and very attentive. He offered us lots of different alternatives that suited our needs and explained everything thoroughly right till the very end. The choice was amazing- we had been to many bed stores before coming to Dreams Colindale and we have to say this was by far the best experience yet. It was made all the better by Wojciech!!

We were approached and the guy was very very helpful, but was very disappointed about the price, after Christmas sales, saying in store upto 60% there was no deductions on the item we bought.
