The staff were great and super helpful. I got offred a cup of tea and once I confirmed how I slept a I got given a suitable pillow to carry around with me to find my ideal mattress after the fabulous sleep match software made a suggestion. I also eneded up purchasing a the pillow as well as the mattress!!

The assistant was very helpful and new exactly what we wanted and found us a lovely bed within our price range,and if we weren't satisfied within 30 days we could change the mattress as I am suffering with my legs and hips with my disability

We were greeted warmly by the manager, Sathi as we entered your store. He offered to help us with our purchase. We were offered hot drinks while using the sleep match machine. He was very helpful for us to decide what exactly we wanted and he made the purchase very comfortable. He answered our questions politely and clearly. We felt like home. While we made the payment, it was Michael who completed the transaction. He was very polite and professional and he explained in detail whatever was on the receipt. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

I met the store Manager called Sathi and Mohamed. Both were very friendly and product knowledged and greeted me very well. Store manager seems highly experienced with customer services and went an extra mile to offer me tea/coffee and biscuits. Both kept smiling all the time. I asked number of questions and without any hesitation they replied very well. I have been to another store in Romford and never felt the same. One of my friend who been to this store advised me to go here. I really went just to inquire about the products for future purchases. But the Store manager convinced me to the purchase the product the same day. They went through the sleep match computer and made me to make an informed decision. Products are well displayed and prices are clearly marked. Well done to the whole team at this store. I will highly recommend my friends and families to this store.

We found sales assistant very helpful and professional. He had vast knowledge on beds.

We went to the Colindale branch and were assisted by Wockniez - spelling may not be 100% correct. He was absolutely brilliant and accommodating and made us feel comfortable and valued.
