Our salesman Woj took the time to listen to what we wanted and was very polite also we did not feel pressured in to buying. We need more salesman like Woj he makes a lovely cuppa!!

We were really impressed with dreams especially Michael' approach to our purchase. He greeted and asked us courteously about our needs and ensured they were met. We were offered tea while he prepared our quotation and before we chose pillows he had up test them and the sleep match too. He really demonstrated understanding about the fibre and cotton in the pillow.we were really glad shopping at dreams because all our needs were met.

The guy that was serving us know his stuff and I made some jokes which could have been rude to some people but Michael just understood me and showed us the right items. He offered us drinks and did the Sleep Match for us. You need more poeple like him.

We were served by Muhammad in Colindale store. He offers us tea and coffee whilst dealing with the payments. The only thing I would say is that as we spent £1649 it would have been nice for the store to take my old best away for free. We had to pay for fitting the bed so it would have been nice to have been offered to take my old one. We didn’t pay for this service as we felt £40 was a lot and it should have been waivered. Thanks
