The customer service was good. And I feel as though I got a good quality bed though I did not get exactly what I wanted. Ie My bed had castors but I wanted legs (and drawers). It was disappointing that option was not available. Dreams is also a bit pricey. Otherwise, everything was great! Especially the machine that measures what bed is right for you.

Greatly warmly. Very child friendly (our purchase was for our teenager who accompanied us). Given different products to try. Very honest. Not pushy. Professional service.

The sales assistant gave me amazing customer services (Wojech) I was offered a cup of tea straight away and was looked after from that point on. He did a great deal and beat the quote I got from Benson for beds.
