Michael and James were fantastic at your Colindale store. Very helpful and knowledgable from the start and really helped us select a product that was suited for my husband and I. I was offered a coffee upon being welcomed and that was a very nice touch.

Michael was excellent at helping us find our perfect bed, mattress and pillow. He gave the perfect level of customer service, wasn't too pushy, but there when we needed advice without having to wait.
