The staff and the service was amazing, cannot be flawed. The moment we walked the colleague sathy was there on hand to assist us with our purchase- he listened and understood what we were looking for. The selling was pressured or forced. Sathy was very knowledgeable and was able to help find the bed we wanted.

Both the manager Sathi and the sales assistant Michael were extremely helpful and attentive, offering us a cup of tea. The store was well presented and a huge range of products were on offer.

Our sales assistant was very polite, knowledgable and personable. Although our initial visit was a few weeks ago he remembered and greeted us as soon as we walked in to store. This level of assistance and salesmanship made buying our mattress an enjoyable experience. Well done Michael.

Michael and James were fantastic at your Colindale store. Very helpful and knowledgable from the start and really helped us select a product that was suited for my husband and I. I was offered a coffee upon being welcomed and that was a very nice touch.
