Reliable shop assistant and good quality

As soon as we walked in, there was a sanitation station which was great. We were greeted with a friendly smile and asked if we were okay but not too pushy like some stores. Then when the staff could see we weren't sure what we were looking at a lovley man called Michael came over to see if we needed assistance. He took us to the machine to decide which mattress is best suited and showed us a range if mattresses to try out. We were given our own pillow with cover and paper towels to lay on the beds which was great cleanliness. We chose our mattress and went ahead with the purchase. The smoothest easy process I've experienced in a shop -thank you Michael
