Dreams - Colindale

I haven't shopped with Dreams before so this experience was my first. I was looking for a new mattress as my current one had sunk in and was going to many stores doing research on different kinds. When I visited Dreams with my mother, we were both impressed with the service we received by Michael. We were greeted by him when we arrived and he offered us water and helped us straight away. I also enjoyed that I was offered the chance to use the Sleep Match machine as I work in technology so found this a great use of it. I was offered a pillow when testing the mattresses and the adviser was able to answer detailed questions about my needs and the variety of mattresses on offer. I didn't make a purchase on my first visit and instead went to check out some of your competitors. I didn't have the experience anywhere near to what I had at Dreams and the products were also no better than what I saw at Dreams for considerably less money. I returned one week later and made a purchase, with Michael who had remembered me from my initial visit. Overall I am very impressed with this store!

Sales person knew his products from the moment we walked in the Colindale store which was a big difference from the Watford store where they didn’t know anything. We were very happy with the device from the sales person in Colindale which is why we placed the order. We went twice to Watford and didn’t place an order because the people there were clueless and only interested in selling interest free credit which we were not interested in.
