We were very happy with the customer service we received from you me member of staff. He was very patient, gave us enough information to help us choose what we bought. He answered any questions we asked, explaining as we went along and overall was very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent service at dreams in London collingdale served by Muhammad very good at his job.

My partner is in hospital having a hip operation and I have back problems. I explained this to the assistant, Wojciech, who was very helpful when explaining the different mattresses. He assisted me in finding just the right one which would suit both our needs. Wojciech was knowledgeable, patient, polite and very supportive.

The gentleman who helped me, Michael, was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and made an experience I thought would be daunting, enjoyable.

They were very helpful lovely peoples trying to help us to choose bed to satisfy our need .lovely friendly lady 👌👍❤️

I went to colindale store was served by Natalia who went above and beyond to help me she was so very nice and took into consideration my budget witch wasent alot and found me the perfect matress.would go back to her again she even spent a lot of time talking to my boy who is autistic and he liked her very much
