020 Mohamed in Colindale was amazing I have now brought 4 bed s from him because of his outstanding service the other sales people were very polite great service got offered water / drink social distancing was amazing and explain everything and the Sleeppinet and all new products explain so brought a new electric bed all down to Mohamed

Rizwan was extremely helpful. We had no idea what type of mattress we wanted before entering the store and he helped us narrow down the options and pick the one most suitable for us. He was incredible patient and answered all of our questions with detail.

We went to Colindale Dreams store and we were severed by Mohamad and he was very nice and he had fully knowledge of the product... He proceeds our order quickly and was very helpful. The store had a good social distancing measure..

Muhamed (not sure how to spell his name) was absolutely fantastic. The beds and mattresses that he showed us were chosen based on what we had asked for as well as what he thought would actually suit us rather than simply showing us the most expensive items. He helped us use the mattress testing machine and gave us lots of ideas but also gave us some space so that we didn't feel forced into a sale.
