Overall great service, welcoming approach, someone helped instantly, gave us good options, helped us load into our car.

The sales assistant, Rizwan at Colindale was super helpful and wonderful to deal with. As soon as we stepped into the store he greeted us with a smile, explained the health and safety regs re covid and offered us some water. Rizwan went to the extra effort of going through the beds we were thinking of purchasing, talked through all the options re colours and fabrics and explained the policy of cover we would get if purchased alongside the bed. I had previously visited a store in Wembley and was deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service, and was actually put off purchasing from dreams. However, based on great customer service from Rizwan and positive experience at Colindale I am really happy we continued to purchase with dreams. Please pass our thanks to Rizwan at Colindale!

The srore displayed a wide range of stock which made it easy to find the items that we were looking for thereby obviating the necessity of needing to look elsewhere. The service and depth of knowledge of your sales assistant Mohammed was excellent who was patient and fully understanding of our specific requirements

The assistant was knowledgeable and friendly. I did not feel rushed or crowded at all and was given plenty of time to try out the various options before making a choice.

Riz provided us with the best customer service experience that could have been asked on the day from the Colindale branch. He was helping in showing us the beds that were tailored to our needs. He gave us space to walk around and would give us insight into the special deals and promotions that were happening on the beds we were interesting in buying. He offered us water as well as talked us through our choices and helped negotiate a best price for us. Even though he has just been there for a few years he looked as if he had been doing this job for a long time time and had in-depth knowledge of the products which were on offer.
