Mr OZO Mohamed who helped us in the store .on arrival he greeted us and offered drinks and always maintained social distance.He explained about the pillows and the sleep mattress very throughly.Over all his customer relationships was excellent.

We were greeted at the door and offered water. Woj took the time to listen to us and pointed us to all the products we needed, without being pushy in anyway. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The salesman knew what he was speaking about, and understood what we wanted, guiding us through the various options available. He proposed the most suitable ones for us to select from.

We were very warmly greeted by both Rizwan and his manager Mohammed at your Colindale shop. Rizwan was absolutely amazing and made us feel comfortable and unpressured as he ascertained our requirements and budget. His knowledge was formidable and he answered all our questions. Rizwan also gave us the best choice of products and made us aware of the various deals and options and we actually returned a second time to the store to buy the bed of our dreams purely because of this fine young man. Well done Rizwan you are real asset to the Dreams company and we sincerely hope you receive a large bonus at the end of this year!!!!

A guy called Michael helped us make our choice. He was highly informative and he had such a lovely, non pushy approach to him. He offered us pillows with protected covers to try the beds and also did a 'sleepmatch' assessment on us.
