I am not happy from dreams products and items , I spent £2364.66 and when I was buying it that time the sales man told me I can exchange the matrice and I can get my money back and they can only take £49.99 and the rest money will be refunded to me , and I contacted you in 24 hours and u said “I am not happy with that matrice can you plz change the Matrice and refund my money or I if I buy something cheap I’ll get my rest change back and one of your sale man said he can’t refund the left money “ . I will bait you out in all media ,e.g. Facebook , Instagram , YouTube and lots more

The transaction which should have taken maximum 30 minutes ended up taking 2 hours due to poor customer service (call center). we were assured that Saturday delivery was available but there was a cliche on your computer system. We were charged extra £5 for Saturday delivery but as this was not possible it has been arranged for a Friday delivery but the charge of £5.00 still shows on the invoice.
