I have bought 5 beds from Dreams over the years and am very satisfied with the product and company , always tell friends and family to shop at Dreams.

My main issue is around the upgrade of the tv I paid £200 more for smart tv but the difference between the 2 TVs is about £40 and feel this is disgusting to charge customers exorbitant amount just to upgrade. You charge the customer £200 to upgrade but do not Offer a £200 reduction if we do not take tv. I am considering contacting trading standards as feel this is not right

You are very pushy, always trying to up sell, and add things. Hate being push to buy add on's, was going to leave the store.

The beds delivered were damaged . Both of them . Had to wait nearly 15 mins before I could speak to someone . Not much choice at the store . The staff said he was going to give a mattress cover and he never did , I did not ask as I thought it would come with the delivery of the beds . Prices vert quite expensive as products are ok nothing special

My wife and I came into the store and purchased a bed frame and mattress from Rizwan on Saturday 25th May. This guy was very friendly and helped us immensely, we paid a £1000 cash and he gave us a receipt and our order and explained we had a balance of £198 to pay. My wife called into the same store on Tuesday 28th May and served by a guy called Mohamed who she explained to that she was here to pay off the £198 balance in cash.. this guy took our details and my wife handed him £200 cash to which he counted and put it straight into his pocket giving her £2 change, he then said to her that’s it all done to which her daughter then said we need a receipt for the payment paid, he answered as it’s a cash payment they can’t issue a receipt, but she insisted no we’ve just paid you and he then said reluctantly i can give you a hand written receipt. When my wife got home she explained to me this and how she was worried and didn’t feel happy worrying about the way he dealt with this. I immediately phoned the store and spoke to Michael the manager expressed my concerns and he assured me that he will be looking into this. I found this visit very alarming.

Firstly we placed the order which went smoothly. 23 was due to come and take the show room model bed down on the Thursday evening. We was on our way when the show room called stated they had taken it down for us and put into transit. Baring in mind I live an hour away and was nearly at Colindale. The next day when the bed arrived separately to the mattress as that got left behind. The delivery guys cannot fault them they was great they built the bed to notice it was damaged. I ring the store and they was aware of the damage but failed to tell me the most important person the customer that they had broken the tv lid which was unfixable! I rang the store they wasn't helpful in getting this resolved asap! I don't understand in why I was not told! Customer service then dealt with the issue!

We were First served by a staff called Mohammad, he didn't have the knowledge of the items, I wanted a fabric bed and asked him how to care for it, but he had no idea, and while he was showing us the beds and matteresses he just left us and start talking with other customers without telling us and we kept standing there for around 15min till he came back and he didn't even said sorry for leaving us .

I was sold the bed very quickly without maybe being shown more of what you had to offer but once the item was sold the Assistant Ramin was happy to take my money but failed to give me my 10 year guarantee and my green bag for my headboard. Phoning the store was a nightmare and rang 3 times and still did not get the salesman to get back to me. I then went to the website and spoke to your office who then transferred me to another number where they sent me out my 10 yr warranty and said the men on the van will have green bags. Overall I should not have had to do this so feel your aftersales was very poor.

Highly dissatisfied with your products that I purchased. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable, and have caused severe neck and back pain after two days of usage. We then reverted back to using our old pillows and felt no pain. Tried to contact the brnch where purchased and told I can’t return them. They state comfort-but do the opposite. I should be able to return them as they did not deliver what they implied to do so.
